Autofile is a system for the provision of vehicle maintenance and servicing reminders, vehicle data and marketing information and its interfaces; the storage of maintenance and service records and their access by authorised users on a central web accessed database and all services required or provided in connection with the foregoing.

These Terms and Conditions and our agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All Customers who subscribe to this service and pay the subscription fees agree to do so under these Terms and Conditions without exception
